Rotating Shift (United States of America) Job Type:. Provides pharmaceutical care to patients, verifies medication orders, compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and hospital policy. These reviews include but are not limited to the assessment of drug interactions, identifying therapeutic duplications, evaluating renal and hepatic dosing adjustments, addressing evidence-based gaps in care, supporting STAR-related pharmacy initiatives, and identifying barriers to medication affordability and adherence.
