Ensures staff provides high quality, accessible, cost-effective care, and patient focused services to members across the continuum, which comply with local, state, and federal requirements. Experience of managing in a labor environment, managing staff on extended roles (i.e. RNs, NPs, RTs, others who are providers), managing multiple locations, managing large/complex projects.
