Provides leadership in formulation and implementation of clinical service and broader agency policies specifically, this position: Establishes, updates, communicates and pursues a vision for clinical service provision, including long-term and short-term goals, in consultation with the CAPS Leadership Team to ensure alignment with the campus needs as well as the department values and priorities. Develops and delivers educational presentations and workshops; Participates in campus and community work groups and committees related to psychological well-being and mental health; Intentional outreach to relevant community partners and campus constituents; Serves on campus-wide committees with the purpose of providing information and perspectives about mental health.
