The Memory Assessment and Aging & Alzheimer’s clinics are located at the OHSU CHH1 clinic and are staffed by specialty-trained cognitive or geriatric neurologists, a geriatric psychiatrist, two advanced practice providers, two neuropsychologists, a nurse, a patient care coordinator, and a social worker. Teaching is done during the course of the year and through teaching in the course of performing their own job by modeling best practices, mentoring trainees, and guiding learning through delegating graduated and focused levels of responsibility.
