Education Research, Consulting Associate, Clinical ResearchWorking as part of a broader project team, this role contributes to the execution of key workstreams, including clinical trial operational and strategy assessments, technology implementations, and optimizations, and process improvement initiatives focused on key clinical trial processes such as study activation, regulatory management, financial management, and clinical operations. The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 - $120,000.The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. What Youll Do: Monitors investigator sites with a risk-based monitoring approach: applies root cause analysis (RCA), critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify site processes failure and corrective/preventive actions to bring the site into compliance and decrease risks. May need to maintain regular contact between monitoring visits with investigative sites to confirm that the protocol is being followed, that previously identified issues are being resolved and that the data is being recorded in a timely manner. This position assists Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), investigators, and study teams with participant scheduling, specimen processing, investigational product accountability support, supply management, and study-related documentation.
