Working closely with curriculum leadership, clerkship directors, the Office of Faculty, the Office of Student Progress, and clinical partners, this individual develops and maintains efficient systems that support student success, operational excellence, accreditation compliance, equitable placement, and a consistent experience across clinical sites. Develop and maintain coordinated clinical capacity plans with clinical partners and BYU clinical curriculum leadership that align BYU’s Phase 2 and Phase 3 educational requirements, student enrollment, rotation schedules, site capacity, physician and faculty availability, supervision needs, and anticipated program growth.
