Specific ResponsibilitiesActively participate in a fast-paced learning program of formal training, on-the-job training, site visits and self-study, including review of basic electricity, substation operations, power plant operations, interconnected power system operations, energy markets, and water system operations. The Trainee will work towards directing and operating the Utility's electric and water systems to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery of power and water to the customer while contributing to the stability of the Bulk Electric System (BES), interconnected and distribution power grid.
