Ability to clear a Live Scan Fingerprint screening, Criminal Record, Sex Offender Registry, and Child Abuse Index Clearance; per funding agency requirements, and alliances, all staff must complete background checks at least every five years that includes, sex offender registry check, State or FBI criminal history check, including fingerprint check, child abuse and neglect state registry check if available in the state of California. Knowledge of sexual violence and child sexual abuse prevention, trauma-informed practice, and the needs and experiences of survivors of sexual assault and abuse, including an understanding of the broader social, institutional, and cultural factors that influence prevention response.
