p>LCSW/ LPC-EAP Description: High degree of knowledge of all age groups, psychodynamics, abnormal behavior, personality, group dynamics, substance abuse and chemical dependence Advanced skills in several therapeutic modalities including individual, family, group and activity therapy, and psychosocial training Excellent knowledge of psychotrophic medications, therapeutic actions, and side effects Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, establish rapport, and demonstrate empathy Advanced degree of ability in assessment, treatment planning, coordinating services, clinical record keeping, and writing concise reports Ability to supervise staff in daily activities and clinical matters, use good judgement and composure in stressful and emergency situations Must have excellent interpersonal skills Must possess and maintain licensure Provision of therapeutic services to children (ages 4-16), adolescents (ages 13-17), adult ages (18-64), or geriatric (ages 65 and over) Case Management Documentation/Quality Assurance Other duties as assigned Transportation Assessment and Documentation Group Therapy Skills Individual Psychotherapy Skills Family Therapy Skills Discharge Planning Education/Experience: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Counselor One year supervised experience.
