Job-Specific Responsibilities: Student Community & Program Management: Responsible for the development and management of the student I-lab community and its 3000+ active members, including application cycle promotion, a weekly newsletter, i-lab member Slack workspaces, events planning, and customer service for program participants in collaboration with Operations and front desk teams. Through a dynamic ecosystem of research, learning, and entrepreneurship that includes MBA, Doctoral, Executive Education, and Online programs, as well as numerous initiatives, centers, institutes, and labs, Harvard Business School fosters bold new ideas and collaborative learning networks that shape the future of business.
