The position supports South County San Diego - Chula Vista, National City, San Ysidro, Otay Mesa, Eastlake, City Heights, Normal Heights OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Under direct supervision, provides quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports, providing discipline- specific treatment for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Competent in employing and directing behavior analytic methodologies including Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Behavior Skills Training (BST), and Experimental Functional Analysis (EFA).
