The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. Has authority, in emergency situations, to make decisions of a broader scope within this framework as a member of hospital administration; can assume responsibility and utilize additional resources available on call as needed.
