Balancing operational execution with program development, this role will supervise and support payer enrollment staff, serve as a subject matter expert on commercial payer enrollment requirements, and act as a key liaison between Enrollment, Credentialing, Contracting, Revenue Cycle, Billing, Provider Operations, and payer representatives to ensure providers are enrolled, active, and revenue-ready. Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end payer enrollment and maintenance lifecycle for individual and group providers, including initial enrollments, revalidations, re-credentialing-related enrollment activities, demographic updates, roster submissions, and other payer requirements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
