Education Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university; Master's preferred Experience Qualifications Four (4) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience; at least one year of supervisory or management experience preferred Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated ability to evaluate staff/processes and write reports Demonstrated ability to recognize operational gaps and develop appropriate interventions Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast -paced environment Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus Demonstrated ability to manage projects and resources (people, costs, time) Demonstrated ability to mediate and resolve simple problems and issues Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to team and influence others Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach, mentor, train, and evaluate work results Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area Knowledge of Medical Terminology Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, administration, and personnel management Knowledge of principles, methods, equipment, and theory of the practice of clinical specialty Licenses and Certifications BLS - Basic Life Support . Supports daily operation in assigned area which may include staffing, scheduling, case management, utilization, and equipment/supplies Supports Managers/Director in the implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning for staffing, process improvement, and medical program changes; implements/supports projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
