The BCBA Clinical Supervisor works closely with the Clinical Director to implement clinical strategies, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure services align with organizational, AHCCCS, Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners, and Health Plan requirements. Builds worker competencies, including reinforcing positive work ethics and values, encouraging self-reflection and critical thinking skills, building upon training to enhance performance, and supporting staff through casework decision-making and crises.
