Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required; associate's degree in health administration, Public Health, or related field preferredMinimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare, community health, transportation services, Tribal community services, or a related field. The Supervisor oversees CHR drivers, coordinates transportation schedules and vehicle operations, ensures compliance with applicable policies and safety requirements, and collaborates with clinical, prevention, and administrative teams to support continuity of care and community health initiatives.
