This role serves as the on-shift leader and key resource for staff, patients, families, and community partners, while promoting effective communication, regulatory compliance, sound clinical operations, and optimal use of resources to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment. The Shift Supervisor oversees day-to-day workflow, patient throughput, staffing coordination, and real-time problem solving to support smooth movement of patients through the facility and appropriate care at each stage of treatment.
