This role operates as both a clinical leader and operational partner, working in close collaboration with operations, nursing, and executive leadership to ensure that individuals served receive safe, effective, and meaningful supports that improve quality of life. The Clinical Director is accountable for the quality, consistency, and outcomes of clinical programming, including the implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), Individual Support Plans (ISPs), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based interventions across all residential settings.
