The Reliability Engineer develops and drives the site Asset Care Strategy, leads reliability improvement initiatives, and partners closely with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to reduce equipment failures, improve uptime, optimize maintenance costs, and ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, safety, and quality requirements. Lead the site Asset Care Strategy and reliability improvement programs, including RCA, FMEA, RCM, equipment criticality assessments, bad actor analysis, and defect elimination.
