In addition to special process training, this role leads the Stellant Learning Center by conducting structured, in person training for core competency programs such as ESD Control, FOD Prevention, Good Documentation Practices, Avoiding Verbal Orders, and other required on the job training modules. Responsibilities: Special Process Training Delivery — Deliver instructor led and hands on training for soldering, inspection, staking, harness assembly, and other processes governed by IPC J STD 001 Space and NASA STD 8739.1.
