Pre-visit planning and post-visit follow-up• Room patients and prepare exam rooms• Obtain and document vitals and medical histories• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, immunizations, and POCT• Assist providers during exams and procedures• Manage clinical supplies Scheduling & Care Coordination • Manage appointment scheduling with urgency• Coordinate same-day and extended visits• Close care gaps (screenings, labs, vaccinations)• Track orders, referrals, and test results.
