Develops enhancements on existing process flows through introduction of novel materials and continuously innovates, for continued process enhancements, while working in a collaborative environment with other integration, module, device, TCAD, design and analytical groups, to help steer our technology roadmap.- Leverages experience and expertise in device fabrication, device testing analysis and materials characterization (including SIMs, SEM, TEM, EDX, FTIR etc.) to establish value proposition, guide programs and set direction for programs.-
