This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including wall fishing and cable pulling in tight spaces such as attics, ducts, and crawlspaces, extended ladder work, operating from scissor lifts and bucket trucks, pulling cable through existing underground conduit, and regular use of hand and power tools. As MDU Fiber Foreman, you will lead a crew installing InvisiLight fiber infrastructure across residential and multi-dwelling buildings, covering the full scope of fiber construction work: interior installation, wall fishing, aerial and outside plant work, and conduit installation, making sure every job gets done safely and right.
