Working collaboratively with Finance, Information Technology, and campus leadership, the Director of HRIS drives continuous improvement system integration, and enterprise alignment, leveraging technology to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and the overall employee experience across the University. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field and five to seven (5-7) years of progressively responsible experience in HRIS or HR technology functions, including at least two (2) years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
