Essential Functions: Develop and sustain partnerships with faculty, academic advisors, academic leaders, and campus partners (such as The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, BU Virtual, BU Hub and various departments and centers) to further integration of career readiness into courses, advising, and other academic and co-curricular experiences. Engage in professional development, including participation in office-sponsored, local, regional, and/or national associations, remaining current on best practices and trends in career education, curriculum design, teaching and learning, faculty engagement, and student success, and contributing to the profession through presenting, publishing, or serving on committees.
