Based on the operations of the practice, this position may be responsible for a variety of duties, including collecting and handling payments, providing customer service, answering phones, entering accurate and thorough data into EMR, test scheduling, referral processing, and other duties as assigned. Escort patients to exam rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and document all information in patients’ chart.
