Develop departmental plans and schedules for new projects; manage implementation of permanent process changes, new equipment and technologies, working with vendors, manufacturing, quality, engineering and production teams while meeting budget and efficiency expectations. Provide technical and engineering support for process parameters, process design, material quality, processing deviations, equipment issues and manufacturing problems; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
