Duties include but are not limited to, bathing (bed, tub, and/or sponge) shower; toiletry, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, and eating - proper nutrition, home management, light housekeeping, ambulation, and transfer, taking vital signs, and arranging and accompanying the client to the doctor, picking up prescriptions, documentation of client's food.
