Assists developmentally, physically, and cognitively disabled adult individuals by providing personal cares, self-care training, implementation of behavior management plans, and accompanying support during social/recreational opportunities, either in the resident’s home, the Connections Program, or the community at large by performing the following duties. · Engages residents/participants in recreational, educational, social, or spiritual experiences of choice through activities such as reading aloud, writing, making crafts, word processing, or playing games with resident/participant.
