Skills required include TR band use, blood product administration, stroke assessment, basic cardiac rhythm interpretation, wound care and dressing changes, wound vac/drain management, admits/discharges, IV starts, foley and NG tube starts/maintenance, central line blood draws/dressing changes, stable trach care, and CBI. Support staff includes Charge RN, CNAs, Admit/Discharge RN, VA/PICC Team, Receptionist/HUC, Phlebotomy, RT, Hospitalist, Intensivist, PT/OT/SLP, and telemetry monitoring techs.
