In conjunction with Director of Nursing or ADON, designs and implements structured onboarding programs that prepare RN, LPN, CNA, and caregiver staff to safely manage medically complex patients in the home setting, including hands-on training and competency validation for ventilators, tracheostomy care, G-tube management, seizure disorders, and oxygen therapy. Develop and deliver targeted in-services focused on advanced pediatric and adult home care skills, including ventilator troubleshooting, trach emergencies (decannulation, mucus plugging), enteral feeding complications, seizure response protocols, and recognition of subtle changes in patient condition .
