Uses equipment properly and safely, reports malfunctions appropriately scales-infant, standing, chair, wheelchair, bed scale, B/P recording devices with pulse oximeters, tympanic thermometers, Hoyer lift, gait belt, restraints, lead application for telemetry unit. Participates in implementation of care plan according to individual patient needs; distributes water glasses, meal trays and snacks in a timely manner, collects urine, stool, and sputum specimens following correct procedure.
