Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited institutionBoard certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or another applicable primary care specialtyEligible for an unrestricted California medical licenseStrong clinical diagnostic, communication, and patient-engagement skillsInterest in caring for older adults with complex or changing healthcare needsAbility to practice effectively within an interdisciplinary, team-based environmentUnderstanding of population health and preventive care principlesExperience in primary care, geriatrics, or value-based care preferredGeriatrics fellowship training or equivalent experience strongly preferred, but not required.
