The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on CNC machining and programming experience, particularly within multi-axis milling environments, along with expertise in CAD/CAM systems, aerospace manufacturing, and precision machining of titanium, stainless steel, and aluminum components. The selected candidate will develop and optimize CNC milling programs and machining processes for complex aerospace components while supporting production troubleshooting, tooling improvements, manufacturability reviews, and process optimization activities.
