We have the opportunity you may be looking for in Johnstown, PA! Please Note: This position is for 3rd Shift. Job Purpose: The Machinist is responsible for completely and independently setting up and operating various types of machines such as CNC mills and turning centers in order to produce parts to blueprint dimensions and tolerances.  Primary objectives:<ul><li style="background:#ffffff">Set up and run four axis horizontal milling machines, three axis vertical milling machine, turning center, Servo bed mill and Bandsaw.</li></ul> Secondary Tasks: <ul><li style="text-align:justify">Program CNC mills and turning center.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Work with inspectors and supervisor to evaluate machined parts and determine any adjustments needed for the program, tools or fixturing.</li></ul> Key Accountabilities:<ul><li style="background:#ffffff">Adheres to all M-B America policies, operating procedures and work instructions at all times.</li></ul> Experience/Education: Required High School DiplomaGeneral Math  Preferred<ul><li>One year experience in setup and operation of CNC machines.</li><li>One year experience in setup and operation of conventional machines.</li><li>One year experience in programming</li></ul> Specific Skills Required: Critical Thinking Able to tackle a problem using a logical, systematic approach.
