Shop Versatility & Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting capabilities, experience creating setup sheets/work instructions, and willingness to assist with fixture implementation, tooling inventory, assembly, or shipping/receiving as needed. The position involves collaborating with Engineering and Operations teams to create/optimize CNC programs, run Okuma milling machinery, design fixtures, inspect parts, and support continuous improvement efforts.
