Position SummaryReporting to the Plant Manager, the Engineering Manager, is responsible for the implementation of the engineering function, project and program management, continuous improvement, and utility management in the ofi spices plants in Deming, NM and Las Cruces, NM. The Engineering Manager will plan for productivity improvement, waste elimination, process engineering, and technology absorption, execute energy Optimization Management, and cost saving techniques/measures to achieve reduction in expenditures while ensuring budget restrictions are met.
