Responsibilities Set up, operate, and program multi-axis CNC turn/mill (up to 4-axis) to manufacture complex aerospace componentsPerform precision inspections using an array of metrology equipment to verify dimensions and ensure adherence to drawings and tolerancesRead and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, GD&T, and other technical documents to complete machining operationsManage cutting tools in CNC machines, ensuring optimal tool load and measurement for upcoming programsTroubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including alarm resolutions and tooling repairs, to maintain maximum machine uptimeProvide meaningful feedback for resolving operational issues, includingalarm resolutions and tooling repairs, to maintain maximum machineuptime. Familiarity with CNC programming using software such as NX, Fusion 360, Hypermill, or Esprit CAD/CAMExperience with multiple CNC control systems, including, Haas, Siemens, Mazatrol, and othersExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to a team-oriented environmentAdditional Information:Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data.
