You'll join a lean, high-impact talent acquisition team and own full-cycle recruiting for interdisciplinary roles across the company, including mechanical engineering, hardware design, test, manufacturing, construction, nuclear engineering, and supply chain. Experience recruiting mechanical and hardware engineers (e.g., design, structures, propulsion, manufacturing, test, and integration) at high-growth aerospace, defense, space, automotive, or other hard-tech companies, either in-house or at an agency.
