This is a hands-on, floor-engaged role developing, writing, and optimizing CNC programs across the shop's mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment producing composite tooling/molds and metal hardware components (aluminum and steel) to tight tolerances in a low-volume, high-mix production environment. Set up machining tools, fixtures, and workholding on CNC equipment, selecting appropriate tooling based on part geometry and material (carbon steel, aluminum, stainless, copper & brass, specialty alloys).
