Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, recruiting and onboarding guides, facilitating meetings and training, providing coaching and feedback, supporting campus events and special visits, and serving as a communication liaison between guides and Admissions leadership. As a Penmen Guide Co-Leader, you’ll have the opportunity to develop real-world leadership, communication, event planning, and organizational skills while helping shape the experience of future Penmen.
