Performs pre- and post-maintenance visual inspections, ground runs, and operational check flights (OCF) for aircraft undergoing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at regional maintenance facilities and in the field for troubleshooting and/or to ensure aircraft systems are functioning in accordance with design specifications. Ensures compliance with updates and revisions of Electronic Flight Bags, Pilot Operating Handbooks, Aircraft Flight Manuals, Aircraft Weight and Balance records, and Pilot Guides for aircraft being returned to service after a scheduled periodic inspection event.
