In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical customer service/support related to transport category aircraft performance and weight & balance activities and serves as main point of contact for customers as well as manage customer aircraft configurations, advanced aircraft performance questions, change requests, and aircraft weight & balances changes. Demonstrate program management skills on programs and projects to ensure communications, scope, effort, milestones/schedule, risk management, and strategy are aligned with Garmin’s initiatives, business model, and customer relationships with guidance.
