Leads the planning and execution of Board-led engagement events, including the Thank-a-Thon and Board Retreat, partnering with Board leadership to define objectives, coordinate logistics and participant communications, prepare materials, and ensure each event strengthens Board engagement, relationship building, governance effectiveness, and fund development efforts. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position leads the coordination of the Board of Directors and its committees, equips Board members to serve as effective ambassadors and fundraisers, and cultivates relationships with donors, prospects, community partners, and other external stakeholders.
