Deliver on-site coaching and consultation in special education early intervention (3-5 years) and early school-age classrooms located in Delaware County, PA Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate instructional practices, behavioral supports, and implementation context (e.g., structured classroom observations, teacher focus groups) Support the development and implementation of tiered behavioral and instructional strategies aligned with evidence-based practices for autistic and developmentally delayed children using a collaborative coaching model. Differentiate training, consultation, and coaching supports based on classroom readiness, fidelity, and identified needs Assess the fidelity of classroom staff in using evidence-based practices and provide feedback to support ongoing improvement Design and delivery of professional development and training workshops for teachers in collaboration with the project team.
