The ideal candidate is a polished bilingual facilitator and executive coach who can confidently engage senior plant and business leaders, synthesize stakeholder input into actionable themes, and guide leadership teams through structured working sessions that result in clear priorities, commitments, and roadmaps for success. This role will serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead responsible for sponsor alignment, stakeholder interviews, findings synthesis, onsite workshop facilitation, roadmap development, cohort skill-building sessions, leadership coaching, and final handoff materials.
