As a Maintenance Team Coach, you will partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Leadership, Safety, Facilities, Planning, and Reliability teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, prioritizing work based on production requirements, and developing a high-performing team capable of supporting the evolving needs of Air Manufacturing Innovation.
