The Commissioning Coordinator is responsible for driving accountability, managing handoffs, tracking readiness activities, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure systems progress efficiently through commissioning, startup, turnover, and operational readiness. This role acts as the central coordination point between the Commissioning Agent, contractors, engineers, vendors, design teams, operations personnel, and client stakeholders, ensuring all parties remain aligned throughout the commissioning and turnover process.
