If and when you observe an event that is outside the realm of the routine tasks and coaching, such as a break in being engaged with their devices, failing to take their vital signs, missed medications, potential challenges with using the technology or other assigned tasks, you will either engage directly with your Member to assist them in getting back on track or you may escalate the information to the next level of our care team for triage and care.
