As Assistant Coach , the position will have specific responsibilities assigned by the Director of Athletics and the Head Coach of the program, which includes recruitment of qualified student-athletes, supervision of student athletes, assisting in planning practices and scheduling appropriate competitions under the supervision of the Director of Athletics, and any other responsibilities deemed necessary to complete the job successfully. The coach is also responsible for participating actively in team recruitment activities, including on and off campus programs, assisting in the development and implementation of marketing/recruiting strategies, and supporting set office policies and procedures.
